The RCMP is committed to maintaining public safety for all Yukon citizens by combating illegal activities in our communities. Information is critical to reducing and preventing crime. The RCMP encourages business owners to contact their local detachments to report any crime at any time.

Based on the information gathered and its analysis, the RCMP can properly target its investigations and enforcement actions. We encourage the business community to take ownership of their community’s problem and work closely with the RCMP and other agencies towards crime prevention and making our communities safe. We urge concerned citizens to continue to come forward and inform the RCMP of suspicious or illegal situations they’ve witnessed so that police can take the appropriate actions. This is another means to reach our common goal of making our homes and communities safe.
